Get Involved
Six ways to get involved with Walton Forward — from sharing an idea to attending a meeting.
How this site works
You're a member number here. When you post, you appear as your member number and residency — never your real name. In a small town, people say what they really think when their name isn't attached to it, and honest input is the whole point. Admins can see who wrote what; the public never can.
We ask for your ZIP code. It's never displayed — it becomes your residency tag: Village of Walton, Delaware County, or Friend of Walton. That way everyone reading can tell a local voice from an outside one, and so can the committee.
Want to be known? Use your signature. After you register, you can add a signature in your profile — your name, your role, how to reach you — and it appears under your posts for other logged-in members.
Everything is reviewed first. Ideas and comments are checked by an admin before they appear. It keeps the conversation useful.
